Our FAQ
The tour includes everything from food to activities and bike rentals on long tours. No more hidden payments!
Yes, it is, but suitability mostly depends on the type of tour and the height of the children. We use city bikes that have limited seat height adjustment and are a bit heavy. If your children are at least 145 cm (4 feet 9 inches) tall and comfortable on bikes, then they can join without any problems.
If you are arriving in Paris on the day of the tour, please allow extra time to reach the meeting point. We recommend arriving at the Paris airport no later than 10 AM to ensure that you have enough time to get to the tour on time.
Depending on the tour, we generally enjoy small groups (maximum of 8 people). We aim for everyone to get to know each other and provide opportunities for everyone to ask as many questions as they want.
Bring your good mood and enthusiasm! If the weather is rainy or a bit cold, make sure to bring appropriate clothing. The bikes have baskets in case you need to store anything, and we also recommend bringing a bottle of water on sunny days as the bike ride is long.
It goes without saying, but we live in uncertain times, which is why we allow you to cancel your tour FREE of charge. Please note that failing to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare differences may apply.
While Paris typically enjoys stable weather, rainy days can occur. If the weather is not suitable for a safe and enjoyable tour, we will cancel it without any penalty to you. If the weather turns bad during the tour, we will do our best to adapt and finish the tour under the best possible conditions.
Paris is becoming the new Amsterdam, with bike lanes and car-free streets popping up everywhere. You will feel very safe cycling with us.
No, we will stay outside of these places as it would be time-consuming to enter them. However, we will give you tips to enjoy them even more when you visit them on your own later (such as secret entrances and the best parts to explore).
We always try to adapt as best as possible to your tastes and requirements. Don’t worry, we can provide non-alcoholic beverages and vegan options.
